Returns & Refund Policy
All items sold go through our quality control process and are thoroughly inspected and tested before they are shipped.
In the unlikely event where items are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will gladly replace them for you.
Please email support@b3.eco outlining the reason for return and request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 7 days of order receipt, and return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your RMA number for an exchange for the same item(s).
If the original item is out of stock, we will be happy to offer you an exchange for any other in-stock product that we carry of the same value. In the event the item you would like to exchange for is not available, we will offer you a store credit for your next purchase.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment and consider using a trackable shipping service as it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in its original condition. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain your proof of shipping.
All returned merchandise must be unused, unopened and in original condition. All merchandise must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging, tags and label must be intact.
