Every b3 Smart Flask® comes with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects and shipping damage.

We will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Where feasible and available, replacement parts will be utilized to address defects.

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

Compromised Insulation

You can test the insulation of your flask at home. Pour boiling water from a kettle or pot directly into the flask, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution when pouring boiling water into the flask to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask while doing so. After about 3 minutes, feel the outside of the flask (around the middle section). If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement.

Shipping Damage

Please contact us if you ordered your flask from and it arrived damaged. If you use your flask, we will not be able to replace it for shipping damage. Our aftersales service professional will contact you directly to provide instructions on how to have your flask replaced.

International Warranty Claims

b3 Smart Flask® purchased from outside of Singapore is covered by our international warranty. Please send us an e-mail at for assistance. Please note that all claims will have to go through a validation process. We reserve the right to accept or deny warranty claims on products purchased from other international resellers. Warranty claims will only be approved if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer.

If you purchased your Smart Flask® through another seller such as Amazon, please request a refund from Amazon and state the reason as “damaged during transit”.

Our Rights

We will handle each warranty claim on a case-by-case basis, and reserve the right to request for proof of damage (or absence of abuse) prior to approving each claim.

Further, we reserve the right to inspect and review your returned product before shipping you a replacement.


This limited warranty does not cover any damage or defect caused by, whether directly or indirectly, any of the following:

  • improper use or misuse of the product;
  • damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications; or
  • damage or defect caused by or resulting from wear and tear, abuse, fire, or Acts of God.

Stock Availability and Replacement Policy

Please note that upon approval of your warranty claim, you will receive a replacement that is of the same size and color as your original purchase. If the size and color are no longer available, it will be replaced by one of similar size and color and will not be of lesser value.

Unfortunately, replacement flasks under warranty cannot be customized. If you have a customized flask (e.g. custom logo, printed/engraved name), we are not able to screen print or engrave the artwork on your replacement flask. Those that have purchased custom printed or engraved flasks will not get a custom printed or engraved flask sent to them under our warranty replacement policy.

Proof of Purchase

We regularly donate our Smart Flask® to various organizations and worthy causes. These donated products are not covered by warranty.

Please ensure that you retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claim. We will require the proof of purchase before processing any claims. If you received a Smart Flask® as a gift, you will have to get the order number used to purchase the gift.
